قال الصيمرى لم يبلغ أحد مبلغه في العلمين أعنى الفقه والكلام أخذ عن أبي الحسن عبيد الله الكرخي عن البردعى عن نصير بن يحيى عن محمد ومات سنة تسع وتسعين وثلثمائة.
