عماد الدين ابن صاحب الهداية على بن أبي بكر بن عبد الجليل الفرغانى
والد صاحب الفصول العمادية تفقه على أبيه وعلى القاضي ظهير الدين البخاري وصار مرجوعا إليه في الفتاوى مثل أخويه وله كتاب أدب القاضى.
